Ingredients: flour – rye and wheat, water, sprouted wheat grains -8 % (wheat grains, water, barley malt extract, acidity regulator sodium acetate, salt, sugar, iodized salt, yeast, caraway seeds, fibre – wheat and psyllium enzymes.
